Charm

Charm are an amiable 5-piece Sheffield band who invite each other and their audiences to take part in absorbing and alluring music. Fronted by jazz-inspired singer Kate Trott, they are now ably and fashionably backed by guitarist and pedal master Lindsay Callaway, along with multi-instrumentalist Nic Bowden, bass guru Mickey Dixon and drummer extraordinaire David Fong. Charm create an engrossing smörgåsbord of musical delights, sprinkled with influences from jazz, fascinating funk, provocative prog, flavoursome folk, non-existent French films from the 50’s and 60’s, Ethiopian Afrobeats filtered through Sheffield dialects, Brill Building Pop, and the odd Muppets reference. They look forward to sharing their little corner of the musical firmament with you soon…!

Combining a passion for heartfelt songwriting with an eye for subversion and variety, Cloud Caravan is a four-piece bittersweet pop band based in Sheffield. Inspired by artists ranging from Wolf Alice to Matt Maltese, Tame Impala and John Martyn, the band’s soul-searching, infectious sound and warm, personal live shows provide an outlet for reflecting their emotions honestly and genuinely without façade or pretence.
