Information from the organisers:

Flock is back at Sidney & Matilda for another night of pure unadulterated house music, welcoming one of the UK's hottest upcoming names to the Steel City alongside a raft of local talent...

WALLACE

Fresh off his debut at the legendary Panorama Bar [Berlin] this Winter, Flock is incredibly proud to bring Wallace to the Steel City for the first time. A name very much on the up, he joins us on the back of a Japanese tour and album release at the trail end of 2023 and is earmarked for a huge 2024. Wallace has DJ’ed extensively at festivals such as Gottwood and Burning Man, and with recent releases on Rhythm Section, CWPT, Studio Barnhus & Permanent Vacation, we can guarantee his is a name you’ll be hearing more and more as his stock continues to rise. His own label, Tartan Records, goes from strength to strength; now onto its fifth release, the label is another outlet for Wallace’s own productions and has received wide support from some of the most exciting DJs in the scene, established and emerging. Support comes from the likes of Palms Trax, Bradley Zero, Artwork, Roman Flugel, Alec Falconer, Moxie, Hunee, and Logic1000.

SARAH T

A Steel City-based girl, we’ve kept a close eye on upcoming selector Sarah T for a while, inviting her onto our mix series last March and watching her rise since; it’s with great pleasure that she’ll make her flock debut exactly a year later after her highly praised mix. Cementing herself firmly on the scene with a residency at Mondo Radio and regular sets at the likes of Sidney & Matilda, Sarah is one to watch in 2024. With a love for all electronic music, her sets focus on the groovier side of house, techno, and minimal; perfect for the Sidney & Matilda basement this March.

LEDGER

The first track ever played at a flock party was by Ledger back in Summer 2021 and our longest-serving resident has been a mainstay at every party since. Combining minimal beats, deep house grooves and electro intimations, Ledger is a master of his craft, setting the tone for our nights and the journey you’ll be taken on on the dancefloor.
