DJ Hiphoppapotamus & Munki 🥁 Emerging from Bristol, DJ hippo is a very experienced and totally unique producer and selector. He fuses the sounds of Africa, South America and the Caribbean with hiphop, house, DnB and Jungle to create “sweet audible sunshine”. Munki provides the icing on the cake. Also a member of the wonderful hipposoundsystem, he skilfully accompanies Hippo’s topical rhythms with tablas and percussion. This makes for a captivating performance and musical experience, as was affirmed at Boomtown this year during their numerous amazing appearances.
Dutch Sauce 🥁
Dutch Sauce is a seasoned Bristol based DJ/ producer. Keeping busy in the scene, he has worked for Boiler Room for the past 6 years. His sets are diverse and usually have an eclectic mix of bass and percussion heavy club riddims. Keeping people on their toes is a number 1 priority with Dutch Sauce and you can expect high energy tracks with a funky foundation. This summer Dutch Sauce played at festivals including Secret Garden Party and Boomtown, where his impressive so impressive that I instantly pledged to make this booking.
Peter Rabbit 🥁 He co-runs Funky Drummer's successful sister company BassOff. At Funky Drummer he will exhibit the smoother side to his selection. Expect a range of jazzy and tropical music mixed with breaks, uk funky and garage.
